Parties
This agreement is between Duque Design Co. ("Designer"), based in DeBary, Florida, and the client identified below ("Client").
Scope of Work
Designer will create a custom, mobile-friendly, SEO-ready website for Client. The project includes unlimited design revisions until Client approves the final design, domain and hosting guidance, and direct communication throughout. Final pricing is agreed upon before work begins, between $500 and $1,500 based on scope.
Payment
A 50% deposit is due before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery and approval.
Ownership
Upon final payment, Client owns all website content and design files. Designer retains the right to display the work in a portfolio.
Limitation of Liability
Designer is not liable for third-party hosting outages, domain issues, or losses resulting from client-provided content. Designer's liability is limited to the fees paid for the current service period.
